Inflight Fuel is hand sorted for a less acidic, quality, smooth, and very balanced flavor profile, unlike anything you’ve tried before. All of the coffee is grown, roasted, packaged, and shipped from deep in the San Cristobal province of the Dominican Republic. It’s organically farmed, supports work for women (cafe feminino), and is fair trade giving the farmers a fair, livable wage for their efforts. Single-origin coffee like ours is not blended with beans from different countries or regions. All our beans are grown in the same area resulting in a better, more consistent flavor profile and quality finished product.
